These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Drainage Engineer Register Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By submitting information or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

To be listed on the Drainage Engineer Register, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
   
• Hold valid drainage-related certifications (e.g. Water Jetting, CCTV Inspection)
   
• Maintain appropriate insurance (e.g. Public Liability, Employers’ Liability)
   

When you register:

• You confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
   
• You agree to promptly notify us of any changes to your qualifications or status.
   
• You must not submit false documents or misrepresent your credentials.
   

To remain on the Register, you may be asked to provide:

• Copies of certifications and qualifications
   
• Proof of insurance cover
   
• Identification for compliance purposes
   

We reserve the right to:

• Verify submitted information
   
• Suspend or remove listings that are incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent
   

We collect, store, and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By submitting your information, you consent to:

• Secure storage of your documents and contact details
   
• Controlled sharing with trusted partners (e.g. insurance brokers, accrediting bodies)
   

As part of our services, you may be contacted by approved partners, including:

• Aston Scott / Aston Lark – Insurance Brokers, for access to exclusive insurance options.
   

We do not sell your data and only share it for legitimate professional or compliance reasons.

Fees (if any) will be clearly communicated at the time of registration or renewal.
Non-payment of applicable fees may result in removal from the Register.

Registered engineers may be granted permission to display the Drainage Engineer Register logo on:

• Company vehicles
   
• Websites
   
• Promotional material
   

Any misuse of branding may result in disciplinary action or deregistration.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or permanently remove an engineer from the Register
   
• Refuse re-entry for serious breaches of these Terms, including submission of false documents, non-compliance, or misconduct.
   

We do not guarantee any employment, work, or endorsements through inclusion on the Register.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Incorrect information provided by an engineer
   
• Misuse of certificates or branding by third parties
   

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published on our website and communicated via email.
